- Melt the margarine in a saucepan.
- Add sugar, Karo syrup, and raw peanuts to the melted margarine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Boil and stir for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of pecan halves to the mixture.
- Continue boiling for another 10 minutes.
- Pour the hot syrup and nuts over the popped popcorn.
- Stir until the popcorn is well coated with the mixture.
- Place the coated popcorn on wax paper to cool and set.
