Ingredients

  • 4 lean pork chops
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 apples

Instructions

  1. Place apples in a well-greased casserole dish.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples.
  3. Coat pork chops with Shake 'N Bake or similar coating and arrange over the apples.
  4. Bake uncovered in a preheated oven at 375° to 400°F for about 1 hour.
