Ingredients

  • 4 thin pork chops
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Boil the pork chops in water until cooked through, then remove from the broth.
  2. Let the pork chops cool slightly.
  3. Remove the bone and excess fat from the pork chops.
  4. Cut the pork into very small pieces.
  5. In the same broth, add chopped onion, diced potatoes, and cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. Add the can of peas to the stew and cook for a few more minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
