Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. of 6 boneless pork chops
  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Fry pork chops in a skillet until browned and cooked through.
  2. Dice potatoes and fry in a skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil until browned.
  3. Mix cooked potatoes with milk, cream of mushroom soup, and pepper.
  4. Spread half of the potato mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  5. Top with fried pork chops.
  6. Cover pork chops with the remaining potato mixture.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
