Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
  • 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 6 canned pineapple rings
  • 6 green pepper rings
  • 6 onion slices
  • 1/2 cup canned pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine mustard and brown sugar; spread on pork chops.
  2. Place a chop vertically at one end of an oblong baking pan, fat edge up.
  3. Next to it, place a pineapple ring, a green pepper ring, and an onion slice.
  4. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  5. Fasten the ingredients together with skewers.
  6. Pour pineapple juice over all.
  7. Cover the pan with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
