Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 c. cubed day old bread
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Brown pork chops in a little margarine in a frying pan.
  2. Add the onion and celery. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Mix in the bread cubes, salt, pepper and parsley.
  4. Or use Stove Top stuffing as directed on package.
