Ingredients

  • 4 cups corn bread stuffing
  • 4 to 6 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare corn bread stuffing according to package directions. Spoon stuffing into a 3-quart shallow baking dish, spreading across the center.
  2. Place boneless pork chops on each side of the stuffing in the baking dish.
  3. Mix cream of celery soup with milk until well combined.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and stuffing.
  5. Cover the dish and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
