Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 small onion
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops in oil.
  2. Arrange the browned pork chops in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle chopped onion over the chops.
  4. Add cooked rice around the pork chops.
  5. In a saucepan, bring cream of chicken soup and water to a boil.
  6. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and rice.
  7. Cover the dish with a lid or foil.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes until cooked through.
