Pork-Spinach Pie

- Place the frozen pie shell on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a 400° oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and reduce the temperature to 325°.
- Sprinkle the shredded Monterey Jack cheese in the bottom of the pie shell and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the pork sausage until browned; drain off the fat.
- Stir in the herb-seasoned stuffing mix and thawed, drained spinach; spoon the mixture over the cheese in the pie shell.
- In a bowl, combine the beaten eggs with light cream.
- Pour the egg and cream mixture over the sausage, stuffing, and spinach filling.
- Bake uncovered in a 325° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
