A hearty baked pork steak dish with tender meat, layered potatoes, and savory tomato soup flavor, perfect for family dinners and comforting meals.

Ingredients

  • 3 large pork steaks
  • sliced potatoes
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp marjoram

Instructions

  1. Put a layer of sliced potatoes in the bottom of a greased roaster pan.
  2. Add salt, pepper, chopped onion, and a sprinkle of marjoram over the potatoes.
  3. Place the pork steaks on top with onion and seasonings.
  4. Add another layer of sliced potatoes on top of the meat, using up remaining seasonings and onion.
  5. Mix the tomato soup with water and pour over all ingredients.
  6. Cover the pan and bake in a 350°F oven for 1.5 hours or until the meat is soft.
