Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 quart tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except tomatoes.
  2. Shape the mixture into meat balls.
  3. Place the meat balls in a baking dish and cover with 1 quart of tomatoes.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
