Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ground red pepper
  • 4 Tbsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp ground fennel
  • 1 Tbsp crushed rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp thyme
  • 1 Tbsp m.s.g.
  • 2 Tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Instead of 1 ounce of baking chocolate, use 3 tablespoons cocoa powder plus 1 tablespoon margarine.
  2. Mix all the dry seasonings: ground red pepper, paprika, ground fennel, crushed rosemary, thyme, m.s.g., and salt.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture onto pork before roasting or grilling for enhanced flavor.
