Porky Potatoes
A comforting casserole that pairs tender pork chops with creamy, cheesy potato slices for a hearty family dinner.

Instructions
- Wash pork chops and pat dry.
- Place pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
- Arrange sliced potatoes on top of the pork chops.
- In a small bowl, combine melted margarine and flour.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
- Add milk and stir; the mixture will be lumpy.
- Spoon some of the lumpy sauce over the potatoes, then pour the rest over the dish.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake another 20 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes are browned.
