Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 potatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Wash pork chops and pat dry.
  2. Place pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  3. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange sliced potatoes on top of the pork chops.
  5. In a small bowl, combine melted margarine and flour.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until well mixed.
  7. Add milk and stir; the mixture will be lumpy.
  8. Spoon some of the lumpy sauce over the potatoes, then pour the rest over the dish.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  11. Remove foil and bake another 20 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes are browned.
