Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Gradually add flour and sugar, alternating with milk and water, beating with an electric mixer until the batter is smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter.
  4. Refrigerate the batter for at least one hour.
  5. Heat a non‑stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat and pour a small amount of batter to form a thin layer.
  6. Cook each crepe for about 1{2} 1/2 minutes on each side until lightly golden.
  7. Repeat until all batter is used, making 20-25 crepes.
