Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pkg. hash browns
  • 2 small onion, diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Place the hash browns, diced onions, cream of mushroom or celery soup, sour cream, and grated cheese in a baking dish in the order listed.
  2. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over the top of the ingredients in the baking dish.
  3. Drizzle melted margarine over the corn flakes crumbs.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until hot and golden.
