Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix together powdered sugar, chopped dates, peanut butter, chopped walnuts, and melted butter.
  2. Shape the mixture into logs.
  3. Chill the logs in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  4. Melt chocolate chips.
  5. Dip or coat the chilled logs in melted chocolate.
  6. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
