Ingredients

  • 7 large potatoes
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • parsley
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 large jar chopped pimento
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes in jackets until tender.
  2. Cool potatoes well and cut into chunks.
  3. Saute chopped onion in margarine until translucent.
  4. Mix potatoes, sautéed onions, bread cubes, Velveeta cheese, chopped pimento, salt, pepper, garlic salt, and paprika together.
  5. Bake the mixture at 350°F for 30 minutes.
