Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb. potatoes
  • 3-5 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 jar of sweet pickle relish
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1-2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2-1 c. mustard

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes with skin on.
  2. When cool, peel off skins and cut potatoes into pieces.
  3. Add eggs, pickles, onions, and sweet relish to the potatoes.
  4. Add mayonnaise and mustard to taste and to make the salad the way you like it.
  5. Sprinkle paprika over the salad.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
