Ingredients

  • 6 medium diced potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 package shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Put diced potatoes in a pan.
  2. Dab butter on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the potatoes.
  4. Cover the pan with foil.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for at least one hour.
  6. In the last 10 minutes of baking, uncover and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Continue baking uncovered until cheese is melted and bubbly.
