Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground beef or 1/2 lb. turkey and 1/2 lb. beef
  • 1 (26 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 ribs celery

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil water and cook onion and celery until tender.
  2. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions or boil for a few minutes, stirring often.
  3. Turn off heat, cover, and let steam finish cooking the spaghetti.
  4. Meanwhile, cook ground beef or turkey in a skillet until browned.
  5. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms; simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Drain spaghetti and mix with the meat sauce, vegetables, and seasonings as desired.
