Poultry Pyramids are savory, flaky crescent roll bundles filled with seasoned chicken and cream cheese, perfect for quick dinners, parties, or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 3 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. onion
  • 1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls (8)
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Blend melted butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles.
  3. Seal perforations.
  4. Stretch each rectangle to form a square.
  5. Mix the butter and cream cheese mixture with chicken, salt, pepper, milk, and onion.
  6. Place one quarter of the mixture on each dough square.
  7. Pull up all four corners of each roll and seal on all edges to form a pyramid shape.
  8. Brush the top of each pyramid with melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
