Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup red wine
  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 (3 oz.) package instant lemon pudding
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Use an electric mixer to combine eggs, oil, wine, cake mix, pudding, and nutmeg.
  2. Beat until the batter is smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a well-greased and floured tube pan.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  5. While the cake is still warm, dust it with powdered sugar.
