Ingredients

  • 2 qt. water
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 medium onions, chopped finely
  • 2 or more garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 big stalks celery, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 large can solid pack tomatoes, broken up
  • 2 c. chopped cabbage
  • 1 c. macaroni or other pasta, broken in pieces
  • grated cheese
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 can beans (such as pinto)
