Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and cocoa over water and add vanilla and beaten egg.
  2. Mix well and add crushed graham crackers, coconut, powdered sugar, and chopped nuts.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Put in refrigerator and let set while making the second layer.
