Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped pretzels
  • 1 1/4 sticks oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • large Cool Whip
  • 1 (7 oz.) box strawberry jello
  • 2 1/4 c. hot water

Instructions

  1. Put 2 cups chopped pretzels in a flat baking dish with melted oleo and sugar.
  2. Mix all together and bake at 325°F for 15 minutes until bubbly.
  3. Let cool.
  4. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and large Cool Whip until smooth.
  5. Pour this mixture over the pretzel crust.
  6. Prepare the strawberry Jello mix and add the frozen strawberries.
  7. Let set until partly jelled.
  8. Smooth the Jello mixture over the Cool Whip layer.
  9. Freeze and cut into squares for best serving.
