Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin ⓘ
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin ⓘ
- 3 cups hot water ⓘ
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 ½ cups cold water ⓘ
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin ⓘ
- ½ cup cold water ⓘ
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs ⓘ
- ¼ cup butter, melted ⓘ
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup cream for garnish (optional)
- 1 (20 oz.) tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream ⓘ
Instructions
- Slice the refrigerated sugar cookie dough into ¼-inch thick slices.
- Arrange the slices on two 12-inch pizza pans, almost touching, covering the surface.
- Cut remaining slices into small pieces to fill in any holes between slices.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before using.
