Instructions
- Fry sausage and drain well; grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Break eggs into the pan and poke the yolks.
- Top the eggs with all of the sausage, half of the cheese, and all of the onion, green pepper, and mushrooms.
- Pour cream over all and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
