Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut or nuts
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 32 graham wafers

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, put egg, butter, brown sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
  2. Pour this mixture over broken graham wafers in a greased pan.
  3. Press the mixture into the pan and let it cool.
  4. Add coconut or nuts for variation, if desired.
