- Mix together eggs, flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add bacon, onions and cheese.
- Pour into two 8 x 8 greased pans or one 9 x 13 pan. Bake approximately 1 hour in 350° oven.
- Test with knife blade for doneness.
- Cool, cut into squares.
- Can be used as an appetizer or for breakfast or brunch.
