Ingredients

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. uncooked, diced bacon
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped, including greens
  • 1 lb. cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Mix together eggs, flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Add bacon, onions and cheese.
  3. Pour into two 8 x 8 greased pans or one 9 x 13 pan. Bake approximately 1 hour in 350° oven.
  4. Test with knife blade for doneness.
  5. Cool, cut into squares.
  6. Can be used as an appetizer or for breakfast or brunch.
