A creamy, cheesy dip with spicy salsa, sausage, pepperoni, and melted cheeses, perfect for parties or game days, served with tortilla chips and Polish sausage strips.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 jars hot salsa
  • 2 packages shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 lb. hot sausage, crumbled
  • 1 package pepperoni
  • 1 package tortilla chips
  • 1 package Polish sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Smear cream cheese in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Pour 2 jars of hot salsa over the cream cheese.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top of the salsa.
  5. Layer crumbled hot sausage over the Cheddar cheese.
  6. Add a layer of pepperoni slices.
  7. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips and fried Polish sausage strips.
