Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • small can tomato paste
  • 8 oz. can kidney beans
  • 8 oz. can water
  • 8 oz. can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 packages dried chili seasoning

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, brown ground beef in a large pan; drain excess fat.
  2. Return the pan to heat and add tomato sauce, tomato paste, kidney beans, water, stewed tomatoes, and chili seasoning.
  3. Bring to a boil, then cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally during simmering.
