Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. plain yogurt
  • 1 c. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Put mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and yogurt in a glass bowl.
  2. Slowly whisk in the olive oil and whisk thoroughly until the mixture thickens.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
