- Drain the canned fruit in a bowl and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the tapioca pudding mix and vanilla pudding mix.
- Gradually pour in the drained fruit liquid (adding water if needed) while stirring the pudding mixes.
- Microwave the mixture on High until it boils and looks clear, about 6 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times during cooking.
- Allow the pudding to cool.
- Add the drained fruit to the cooled pudding and stir gently.
- Chill the dessert for a while before serving.
