Ingredients

  • 60 to 70 crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 9 oz Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 small packages pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed Ritz crackers, melted margarine, and butter together.
  2. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and 2/3 cup powdered sugar until soft and creamy.
  4. Fold in half of the Cool Whip (4.5 oz).
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate until set.
