- Mix crushed Ritz crackers, melted margarine, and butter together.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan to form the crust.
- Beat cream cheese and 2/3 cup powdered sugar until soft and creamy.
- Fold in half of the Cool Whip (4.5 oz).
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate until set.
