Ingredients

  • 3 cans buttermilk refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1 3/4 cups Prego spaghetti sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef with onions until browned and cooked through.
  2. Mix the spaghetti sauce with the cooked meat and onions.
  3. Drop the quartered biscuits into the sauce and meat mixture and stir well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Arrange pepperoni slices on top of the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
