Instructions
- Place chopped cabbage in a greased casserole dish.
- Brown the lean ground beef with chopped onion in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add salt, pepper, and a dash of garlic powder to the beef mixture.
- Stir in the can of tomato soup and water, mixing thoroughly.
- Add uncooked rice to the beef and soup mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the cabbage in the casserole dish and mix lightly.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until cooked through.
