Instructions
- Grease and flour 4 (1 pound) coffee cans.
- Fill each can about half full with the batter.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from cans.
- Make at least 1 day before serving. If desired, add 1 cup raisins and 1 cup nuts before baking.
