Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly.
- Add eggs, pumpkin and water.
- Mix well.
- Sift together dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour into two greased loaf pans.
- Bake one hour.
