Instructions
- Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
- Using an electric mixer, add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Divide the batter equally into 2 greased loaf pans.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from pans. Freezes very well.
