Ingredients

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1 tablespoon sugar and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 10-inch spring-form pan to form the crust.
  3. Chill the crust until ready to fill.
