Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 13 oz evaporated milk
  • Crust
  • 1/2 c. marg
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs slightly, stir in pumpkin, brown sugar, & spices. Stir in evap. milk. Pour into crust.
  2. Crust - mix margarine, brown sugar. Stir in remaining ingred. til crumbly. Press into 9" pan w/1/2 " fluted edge.
  3. Bake 15 min 15 425, reduct to 350 for 45 min.
