Pumpkin Pie, No-Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, blend milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Set aside. In a medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over water. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until dissolved until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Blend in milk mixture. Blend in pumpkin. Put in pie crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped topping.
