- In a small bowl, blend milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Set aside. In a medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over water. Let stand 1 minute. Stir over low heat until dissolved until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Blend in milk mixture. Blend in pumpkin. Put in pie crust. Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped topping.
