Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • miniature marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs slightly.
  2. Beat in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Line the bottom of the pie crust with miniature marshmallows.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
  7. Bake for an additional 50 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
