- Cook the noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a small pan, melt butter and sauté chopped onion, sliced green pepper, crushed garlic, and oregano until fragrant and tender, about 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, cream cheese, drained cottage cheese, beaten eggs, salt, and the sautéed vegetables; mix well.
- Transfer the mixture into a buttered ring mold or greased baking dish, shaping into a ring if desired.
- Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top of the noodle ring.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set.
