Ingredients

  • tabasco
  • bacon
  • oregano
  • lemon juice
  • italian style bread crumbs
  • parmesan cheese
  • onion
  • parsley
  • grated cheese
  • paprika
  • garlic
  • green pepper
  • unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Simmer chopped clams and lemon juice for 10 to 15 minutes (medium in microwave).
  2. Mix all ingredients together and gradually add Italian style bread crumbs to thicken the consistency.
  3. Pour into a large casserole dish.
  4. Top with grated cheese (suggestion Muenster).
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
