Ingredients

  • 1 pint quahogs, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups Jiffy baking mix
  • pepper to taste
  • quahog liquor
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Mix chopped quahogs, eggs, Jiffy baking mix, pepper, and quahog liquor until well combined.
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into hot grease and fry until golden brown, turning once.
  3. Remove from oil and serve hot with butter.
