Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 or 5 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add milk and flour alternately, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla, lemon, and coconut flavorings.
  5. Add baking powder last and mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour batter into a greased pan and bake at 325°F for about 1 hour or until done.
