Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease muffin cups.
  3. Mix sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, margarine, egg yolks, and grated cheese until well combined.
  4. Fill the prepared muffin cups with the mixture.
  5. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
  6. Cool and serve in individual paper holders if available.
