Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spinach
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. chile seed
  • 2 to 3 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
  2. Fry chopped onions and bacon in butter until browned.
  3. Add cooked spinach, salt, vinegar, and chili seed to the skillet.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
