Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup non-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup non-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 2 oz turkey ham, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Coat a 1-quart baking dish with Pam (cooking spray).
  2. Sprinkle cheeses, basil, and turkey ham into the dish.
  3. Gently stir to mix the ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together eggs, egg white, and milk.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the dish.
  6. Stir until well combined.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until firmly set.
  8. Allow to cool slightly, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
  9. Serve hot or cold.
